The hotel is perfectly situated just off the main square in Sucre, making it convenient to explore the area. While the rooms were clean, they didn't quite match the photos provided by management, which was a bit disappointing. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not all of them had the best attitude. Overall, the value for money was decent given the location, but there were some issues with noise and the bathrooms.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean, but they looked much more basic than what was shown in the management photos. I also noticed a leak in the bathroom that caused some flooding.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly and helpful, but some just shrugged off requests, which wasn't ideal to start the day. Overall, they were accommodating.

The location is excellent, just around the corner from the main square in Sucre, making it very convenient to get to shops, restaurants, and the market.
Dining

The breakfast included a good selection of fruit, toast, cake, and eggs. It was basic but handy to have, especially for starting the day.

The hotel facilities were alright, though not overly impressive. The amenities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

8.0/10

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is ideally located just a minute away from the main square. The rooms are spacious and provide a great atmosphere, especially with the powerful shower after a long day. However, while the service was helpful, they could have been a bit more attentive. The dining provided a decent breakfast selection, but it wasn't exceptional. Overall, the value for money is great with a few minor drawbacks.

Rooms
9.0
The room I stayed in was larger than average, comfortable, and had the hottest, most powerful shower I've experienced in 3 months of traveling in South America.
Service
6.0
The service was very helpful and accommodating, but I found them to be a bit inattentive at times as they often ignored you at reception unless you actively sought their attention.

The location was fantastic, being only a minute away from the main square made it easy to explore all the nearby attractions.
Dining

Breakfast was basic but included a delicious variety of local fruits and juices, which I appreciated, even though the atmosphere could have used less noise.

7.0/10

The hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from the main square and close to plenty of dining options. The rooms are clean and bright, but unfortunately, they can get noisy at night with echoes from the courtyard. The service was a bit lacking, as the staff wasn’t very attentive and had trouble with English, which made things a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place to stay with good value for money but not without its drawbacks.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were clean and the bathrooms provided adequate hot water, but they were quite bright at night due to the open area lights, and I could hear the noise from people returning to their rooms.
Service
5.0
The service was not the best; the staff seemed a bit indifferent and I had to work to get their attention. They were helpful when approached, but the language barrier was an issue since none of them spoke English.

Dining
8.0
Dining options were good, with a delicious variety of local fruits, juices, and baked goods available, making breakfast enjoyable.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but there wasn't anything particularly stand-out that would elevate the experience beyond average.

7.4/10

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a minute's walk from the main square where everything you need is within reach. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but the bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side. The service isn't the friendliest; staff were often inattentive and communication was a bit of a challenge due to the language barrier. Overall, it's a good value for money if you can overlook the service issues.

The hotel has an excellent location just a minute from the main square and close to restaurants and attractions. The rooms have a charming Spanish colonial style with high ceilings, although noise from the courtyard can be a downside. The service was helpful but not very attentive, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of local fruits and pastries. Overall, it’s decent value for money, but the staff's indifference and noise could be improved.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are beautifully designed in a typical Spanish colonial style, featuring high ceilings that add to the spacious feel, but they do overlook a courtyard which can get quite noisy.
Service
6.0
The service could use some improvement; while the staff were helpful, they seemed more engaged in their jobs than in providing a friendly experience.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, just a minute away from the main square and conveniently close to various restaurants, shops, and ATM services.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was pleasant, with a basic breakfast featuring fresh fruit juice and a variety of pastries, though it could have offered more options.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel has nice facilities overall, although nothing particularly stood out as luxurious or modern.
